Local Businesses + Technology

Daav and Rivas is a Software Development company based out of Mobile, Alabama. We offer free, pro-bono tech support to small businesses.

Who This is For

We work best with small businesses that want help thinking through their technology, not just fixing individual issues.

This is a good fit if:

  • You’re responsible for decisions about tools, systems, or vendors

  • You’re feeling unsure about your current setup and want to talk it through

  • You’d rather simplify than keep adding new software

This is not a replacement for an IT department or on-call support. Sessions are conversation-focused and time-limited so we can help as many businesses as possible.

How We Can Help

Most small businesses don’t have a technology problem they have a clarity problem.

We help by sitting down with you and talking through how your work actually gets done, where technology helps, and where it quietly creates friction.

That can look like:

 • Making sense of your setup: understanding what tools you’re using, why they’re there, and what’s actually pulling its weight

 • Untangling confusing workflows: spotting where work slows down, gets duplicated, or depends too heavily on one person

 • Decision support: helping you think through software choices, tradeoffs, and vendor options before you spend money

 • Simplifying, not adding: finding ways to reduce complexity instead of piling on more tools

We focus on conversations, clarity, and direction not busywork or one off fixes.

Why We’re Doing This

When local businesses do well, the whole community benefits.

We’re offering pro-bono help simply because we have the skills and we want to use them to support the people around us.

There’s no catch. No follow up sales. Just help.

How does It work ?

Contact us at the email below and we will schedule a time to come out and meet with you. Think of it as a conversation rather than a formal consultation. We will talk through the issue you are dealing with and discuss possible paths forward, whether that means introducing a new approach, helping you think through a solution, or making a more informed decision when choosing vendors.

We take pride in our pro-bono work, but since this is not how we sustain our business, our availability is limited. To be fair to everyone, we keep our time with each business focused so we can help as many local businesses as possible.
